Spent 3+ hrs at Metro Mall, Pimple Saudagar (Pune), only to be told at billing that cards aren’t accepted! No notice, no transparency at counters, poorly trained staff, and even the manager was a joker. Close-to-expiry items & fake discounts. disaster. Do better, @Metro_Care.
