They told me to call the airport so they could help me. How could the airport help me with YOUR flight that YOU cancelled.

Tried telling me that the weather was bad but have another flight leaving Miami and arriving in Newark tonight.

It might have been our last time together as a family.

They canceled my flight 12 minutes after asking me to pick a window or aisle seat.

They didn't offer me compensation or accommodations and hung up on me 4 times.

Left me stranded.

Spirit Airlines customer service is straight trash.. Had this trip planned for weeks..

I was going to be there for my sister baby shower on Sunday. This was supposed to be a special trip since our mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer.
