@RealCandaceO Actually so thankful that Charlie wasn’t shot with a 30-06 bullet. Watching what happened was hard enough.
So glad that we didn’t have to witness him explode like that. But all Christian’s everywhere should be disgusted that they really tried to present this as a miracle.
It is good for us to need God.
If His strength is made perfect in our weakness, then I’m grateful for my inadequacy. It draws me closer to the One who I adore, the One who is always more than enough.
I’ve never been more excited for a new year. I feel a fire to be the best I can be in every area. Never letting any excuse hinder me from adding discipline, perseverance and knowledge to my faith. Going to be sharing this journey of pursuing excellence with you all so join me!
Suffering is meant to lead us to greater surrender. When we endure suffering with faith, the result is always greater intimacy with The One who knows it best.
“though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things which He suffered. And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him,”
Hebrews 5:8-9 NKJV
I love discovering areas where I’m not fully surrendered to Christ. I’m grateful for the revelation. Each blind spot revealed becomes an opportunity for repentance and deeper surrender, drawing me even closer to my perfect Bridegroom in greater intimacy.
It's incredible how life-altering it is to fix our eyes on Jesus. Even in the depths of suffering, truly looking to Him feels like unlocking a floodgate, releasing a rushing river of joy to a desolate desert.
We cannot cower in moments of tension or let fear keep us silent. If we hide God’s truth because it's deemed ‘too political,’ we fall into the trap of concealing the very Light meant to shine in a dark world.
Just as Jesus chose not to condemn the woman who everyone was ready to stone in John chapter 8. He extends that same loving grace to you, I echoing His same words to you…
I also want to remind you that God loves you, He loves your unborn child, and He knew the choice you would make long before, yet He still chose to sacrifice His own Son to cover the pain and burden of your choice to sacrifice yours.
