All things in life have a season, & this season has ended :(. Today was my last activity in our elementary schools as The Queen of Halloween (for all my 3 kids over 15-ish years whoa!). Thank you @OssiningSchools and the teachers - I've loved every minute!

@sasan_goodarzi 28 min phone call today w/ a QBO rep who was "certified" in support for payroll, QBO, & Merchant Services. He couldn't tell me how to issue a simple ACH refund. Intuit should provide more support to accountants and bookkeepers so we can support small businesses. #sendhelp #please
