@bohsie The expiry clause is the real punchline: if no approval happens by May 21, 2026, the liability simply vanishes. That’s actually the outcome NWBO’s balance sheet would benefit from.
@bohsie The trigger is also not MHRA-specific. Per the 10-K, it becomes payable on NWBO’s first financing after approval of any DCVax product in or outside the U.S. — FDA, MHRA, EMA, anyone. And even then, it’s payable at the next financing event, not at approval itself.
@bohsie It has been sitting on the balance sheet for seven years, revalued quarterly. There was no new accrual decision in the 2025 10-K that would signal management’s current belief about MHRA timing.
@bohsie The ASC 450 framing here is wrong on multiple levels.
The $10M is not a standard loss contingency accrued under ASC 450. It’s a “Contingent Payable Derivative” — a fair-value instrument originating from NWBO’s 2019 settlement with Cognate BioServices.
@johnjoescanlan@digitalkey01@volodatrades The fact that these terms are appearing inside MHRA and https://t.co/FK05ajDVfy systems suggests that official pages are being drafted or staged ahead of a public announcement — possibly an approval decision.
@johnjoescanlan@digitalkey01@volodatrades When you search the keyword “murcidencel” on Google, it shows up multiple times on https://t.co/FK05ajDVfy — the official UK government website. On top of that, “dcvax-l” is appearing on the MHRA CMS (that’s the UK medicines regulator, equivalent to the FDA).
@maxstradamus21@SnackBioTech is one of paid bashers… there are few Types of bashers 1.SPAMMERS, 2. SMART ONES… he is the one the belong to smart ones but still paid actions just to appear as more relevant

In June 2024, a brain cancer entry appeared under UK New Drugs, but each drug can only appear once. That means the June 2024 and Nov 2025 entries are unrelated.
The timing, combined with the Nov 28, 2025 CHM New Drugs listing, sends a very clear signal.

Michael based on the appearance of DCVax on the MHRA MIA site it is a very strong indicator that a regulatory decision has already been made. The MIA database is normally used only for products that have an approved manufacturing authorization
$NWBO Based on the evidence, I’m convinced DCVax-L is already approved. The MHRA MIA listing alone confirms it as only authorized products appear there. Combined with the FDA metadata, the signals aren’t noise they’re the footprints of a completed decision awaiting publication.
