How governments choose officers to lead departments ? On what basis ?
Cancer patient was about to die. She pleaded. Her plea has been listed 57 times. The court has still not heard it. Teesta Setalvad was about to be jailed. She pleaded. Her plea was listed out of turn. The court heard it at midnight.
Cancer patient is dead. Teesta is alive.
@DrAshokKMittal@tanu531d It absolutely needs that. More than men’s right Men’s commission is required to counter feminists and leftists propaganda who are hellbent on destroying Sanatan value system existing in Hindustan.
A daycare employee at Capgemini's Bengaluru campus couldn't bear the abuse of the kids at the centre.
She reported it to supervisor, but instead of taking action, they fired her. She then became a whistleblower and leaked videos that exposed the abuse.
In the videos, toddlers were made to sit inside the drum of a front-loading washing machine, had water sprayed into their mouths using a toilet jet spray, were locked inside bathrooms, and were forced into narrow, water-filled pipes to frighten them. The videos triggered outrage, forcing authorities to act.
Today, according to media reports, the police have arrested the whistleblower only for allegedly "leaking sensitive videos." Lol! What a system! A poor woman with a clear conscience stood up to the powerful and went public, not for personal gain or with any malicious intent, but solely to protect those children. And she's the one who gets arrested.
Pune Ketan Agarwal case is deeply disturbing. Ketan and his family deserve a fair, thorough, and impartial investigation, and above all, justice.
I introduced the National Commission for Men Bill in Parliament. Every victim deserves justice, support, and equal protection under the law.
The Ketan case is a reminder that men, too, can be victims. They deserve institutional support, legal protection, and a platform where their voices are heard. Justice must be equal for everyone, irrespective of gender.

@aravind Very true. Even I have noticed this. ANI gives voice to irrelevant people who spew anti govt propaganda that no major media outlet will cover.
The Congress party has once again chosen political theatrics over economic facts. Instead of presenting the complete picture, it has lifted one headline number out of context to manufacture panic.
Even a beginner economics student knows that debt is never judged in absolute terms. It is assessed relative to the size of the economy and its repayment capacity. That is why the first indicator economists examine is external debt-to-GDP.
2014: 23.9%
December 2025: 20.4%
Despite Covid, global wars, commodity shocks, trade disruptions and financial volatility, India's external debt burden is lower today than what the UPA left behind.
But Congress's deception doesn't stop there.
The US$765.5 billion figure it keeps quoting is not Government debt.
Government external debt: US$168.7 billion
Non-government external debt: US$596.8 billion— by NG sector to invest, expand capacity, build factories, boost exports and create jobs.
So is Congress now opposed to Indian businesses borrowing to invest and create employment? Has Congress become so anti-development that even productive private investment has become a problem?
Perhaps that explains why Congress cannot distinguish between productive borrowing and distress borrowing.
Take Congress-ruled Himachal Pradesh:
Debt-to-GSDP ratio: ~45.2%, among the highest in India.
Nearly 88% of revenue receipts are absorbed by committed expenditure—salaries, pensions and interest payments.
That is what a real debt trap looks like: borrowing to finance routine expenditure and service old debt, not to create productive assets.
The irony is striking.
Of the US$168.7 billion Government external debt, US$104.1 billion is External Assistance under the Government account,
Himachal Pradesh itself is among the largest beneficiaries of these externally aided projects.
So Congress is attacking the very development financing from which its own governments benefit.
Congress wants the country to panic over one large number.
Congress counts debt. The Modi Government builds assets.
Congress normalised borrowing for consumption. India today borrows for capacity creation.
That is the difference between economic politics and economic governance.
After Pearl Harbour on 7 th December 1941 the US persevered till they obtained the unconditional surrender of Japan in 1945.
Post 9/11 the US chased the Al Qaeda and the Taliban to the gates of hell and back for twenty years including neutralising Osama bin Laden in Abbottabad in Pakistan in 2011 .
From 2003 -13 the House of Saud fought a secret war inside Saudi Arabia against the Al Qaeda before driving the remnants to Yemen and other places in the Middle East .
From 1999-2009 Russia fought a brutal campaign against Chechen separatists before finally triumphing.
The fight against terror requires firmness and steadfastness and the national resolve to stay the course.
How can people forget the Baisaran ( Pahalgam ) Massacre within 14 months ?
And the countless similar atrocities perpetrated over the past four decades that were state sponsored by Pakistan.
To some folks it seems that the misty eyed romanticism of a dialogue with Pakistan is far more important than the lives of innocent Indian Tourists who were identified on the basis of their faith and slaughtered in cold blood by terrorists who came from Pakistan.
Which is that invisible hand that is incentivising the push for a pseudo normalisation with Pakistan without any verifiable guarantees that Pakistan will dismantle the Military- Jehadi Complex ( MJC) they have spawned over the past 55 years?

SP Office, @CP_Jodhpur
Is it necessary that Govt Officers can meet a citizen only inside their AC offices? Why can not the SP come down to meet this aged woman?
The Pakistani lobby in India becoming active again. Have these same 100 ‘prominent ‘ people ever asked Pakistan to stop cross border terrorism? No! That is the Pak lobby and should be exposed and treated with contempt @Iyervval@republic
PM @NarendraModi Sir. Need your urgent help. After 9 years exporters continue to suffer from delayed refunds, arbitrary refusal of exports. Harassment! Please intervene urgently. Our tax collectors need to change their mindset. @PiyushGoyal @PiyushGoyalOffc
Siya Goyal is a soulless psycho.
All attempts to intellectualise her crime, infantilise her as ‘young’ or paint her as a trapped victim are a cop-out.
No amount of context justifies what she did.
Supriya Shrinate, I just watched your 12-second masterclass in Congress-brand secular cosplay where you casually dropped “Imam-e-Hind” on Lord Shri Ram and then launched into your greatest hits of dilution. Bravo. Let’s go point by point and laugh at every single one, because this wasn’t a speech it was performance art in historical revisionism and vote-bank gymnastics. Sit down, this is going to take a while.
Watch this 7 part rebuttal point by point 🧵 thread.
USAID spent 21m dollars to "elect someone else" in India by "increasing voter turnout." We all know what this means and what was tried in 2024.
Trump is talking about the GLISCO-DS which USAID had been made a part of. The same DS that removed him in 2020.
She is Dr Vatsala Agarwal.
In August last year, she was appointed Director General Health Services of Delhi. She wasted no time and immediately started buying medicines and equipments at highly inflated rates by allegedly manipulating the tender processes, misusing hundreds of crores in public funds. By the time the Delhi police arrested her today, she had already allegedly created a health scam worth 600 crores.
Almost everyone in govt service, from top to bottom, seems to make massive money whenever an opportunity arises. Imagine the scale of systemic corruption if a single official can siphon off 600 crore rupees in less than a year. And it's not like she was honest for her 30 years of service till now, and suddenly turned corrupt; she only got caught now. Her life long scam would be much more than 600 crores.
It is truly surprising that India continues to grow despite such staggering leaks in the system.
I always thought why the cultural right has historically lost ground despite having truth on its side. IMO, the Right & Center have suffered from a self-imposed handicap: let us call this "Yudhishthira Paradox"
They bring the rules of a Dharmayuddha (righteous war) to a street fight, while the Left plays by the rules of absolute, asymmetric annihilation. The Left does not want to win a debate; they want to destroy your livelihood, cancel your credentials, dox your family & completely wipe you out from public life.
In the Mahabharata, the Kauravas systematically broke every single rule of traditional Dharma. They tried to poison Bhima, burn the Pandavas alive in the house of lac, publicly disrobe a queen & trick them in a rigged game of dice.
When the war started, Yudhishthira initially wanted to stick to chivalrous, rule-bound warfare (Prakasha-Yuddha). But Bhagavan Shri Krishna explicitly rejected this naive approach. Krishna introduced Kuta-Yuddha: strategic, asymmetric warfare where the rules of the enemy are turned against them to ensure their absolute elimination.
When the enemy has already abandoned Dharma, sticking to abstract moral superiority is not virtue; it is suicide.
Acharya Chanakya, the master of statecraft in the Arthashastra, devoted entire chapters to Kantaka-Shodhana, which literally translates to the "clearing of thorns" from society.
The biggest mistake the modern Right makes is confusing Dharma with Western pacifism/weak sentimentalism. "If they abuse me, I will be polite, because my culture teaches tolerance."
Our culture teaches Kshatradharma. Dharma comes from the root word Dhri (to sustain). Anything that destroys the balance of truth & survival of society is Adharma. Allowing a toxic, malicious bully to destroy your life, family & heritage while you sit back & claim moral superiority is actually Adharma because you are enabling evil to win.
As Rishi Vishwamitra taught Sri Rama & as Samarth Ramdas taught Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj: Evil must be met with overwhelming, decisive force.
The Left operates on the rules of Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals: "Freeze the target, personalize it & polarize it." They attack the person, not the argument. When you are fighting for Dharma in the intellectual space, your goal should not be to get a "good job" certificate from the Leftist elites. Your goal must be the complete, data-driven & structural dismantling of their fraudulent narrative.
As the Rig Veda (10.84.2) says in the Manyu Suktam:
अग्निरिव मन्यो तविषितः सहस्व सेनानीर्नः सहुरे हूतेधि |
हत्वाय शत्रून वि भजस्व वेद ओजो मिमानो वि मर्धोनुदस्व ||
Flashing like fire, be thou, O conquering Manyu, invoked, O Victor, as our army's leader. Slay thou our foes, distribute their possessions: show forth thy vigour, scatter those who hate us.
WhatsApp CEO Kunal Shah recently claimed that there is no word for efficiency and productivity in any Indian language because Indians do not value time as much. Is the claim true? Watch the video to find out.
