Educating them on how to track their menstrual cycles, instead of encouraging them to get on birth control and changing their hormones. How their diet and lifestyles affect their hormones. And how to identify symptoms of conditions like PCOS and Endometriosis.

Immediately I got the sense that this journey was going to be long, costly and a lot of work. Why are we making women wait until they're married to start this journey? We should be educating women on fertility as young as 18 years old.
