As an EJ advocate and resident in a frontline community, I urge @Scott_Wiener and members of the #ANR committee to prevent further harm to our communities by adding EJ protections to #SB4 and ensuring that housing built in impacted neighborhoods is safe and healthy!

@Scott_Wiener current law requires a distance of 3,200 from oil and gas operations. We expect nothing short of that to continue for #SB4, a bill that could place low-income housing in harm's way if those protections are not in place.
