Sometimes you have to just sit back and recognise how far you’ve come. If this was a year ago I’d be so crippled with anxiety with my current life stress. Now, don’t get me wrong I’m still a little stressed but god I can actually handle it!

Lisa knew we really needed a wash doing the other morning but we were heading out. So even though this isn’t her fear nor does it stress her out, she set up our dog camera facing the washing machine and secretly put on a wash, checking the cam throughout the morning just in case

I held my nerves together, shared my screen without a hitch, I even contributed.

Then ended the call by saying ‘Thank you so milk’ instead of much.
