Is a not worthy to call as builder. He passed the due date of rara in 2018, under construction stage. On top of it, he is asking owners to pay the last portion of bank share from our savings and give position to flat without basic needs

@nareshpatel656 @EstatesVenkat @kspfactcheck After paying full 100% including the bank share, we are left with no registration/ no OC/ No BESCOM/ the builder - Venkat Reddy is not seen or not even listening to our issues and blaming the government authorities like BDA/BESCOM/Registration offices. Pure negligence on law
