I’ve been a loyal customer & I’ve called over 3 times because the connection is unstable. I’m not able to get an appointment ASAP so I get to lose 2 days of work. I’ve asked for a manager & still waiting after 30 mins.
@Uber@Uber_Support the representative I just spoke to said Uber drivers are individual contractors and they are okay with the driver stealing my things. She said she can’t force her to return my belongings.

While the U.S is being affected greatly with racial injustice, and the entire world still in the middle of a pandemic, El Salvador is being affected with a never before seen storm that doesn’t seem to stop. The entire world really needs prayer 🙏🏼😔
