@gvh41 hey, are you still pursuing/growing zeescores?
Started something similar not realizing something already existed!
Someone mentioned it in passing.
@imranye we really need better financial resources/structure for Muslim business owners, mainly referring to halal financing options.
Got a business working w now where that is a big bottle neck.
You think paid ads don't work for high-ticket.
You're wrong.
But not for the reason you think.
Here's what actually happened:
My friend called and said "You can't find serious investors through ads."
Meanwhile, I'm looking at a 50-unit+ franchise owner in my CRM who started with 5 units.
From a cold ad.
Zero warm intro.
No referral.
Just an ad that said the right thing to the right person at the right time.
And a $160k wire.
But here's the principle everybody misses:
Paid ads aren't a lead generation tool.
They're a belief filter.
You think you're looking for "qualified leads."
You're not.
You're looking for people who already believe what you believe about the opportunity.
The ad isn't creating desire, it's IDENTIFYING people who already have it and giving them permission to act on it.
That franchise owner?
He was already looking.
Already thinking.
Already feeling that gap between where he was and where he wanted to be.
The ad didn't convince him.
It found him in the exact moment he was ready to be found.
This is the thread.
Pull it and everything else falls into place:
Stop trying to manufacture interest.
Start trying to intercept existing intent.
People thinks it's impossible because their trying to
CONVINCE through ads.
You can't convince someone to invest $500K through a
Facebook ad.
That's insane.
But you CAN find the person who's been lying awake at night for six months thinking about this exact move and give them a place to take action.
Here's the cost of missing this distinction:
You spend years "building your brand" and "creating content" and "nurturing leads" when there are people RIGHT NOW who would sign today if they just knew you existed.
They don't need a 47-touch nurture sequence.
They need to see one message that makes them feel seen.
The painful truth?
While you're overthinking your funnel, someone else is running simple, direct ads and printing money.
Not because their ads are better.
Because they understand the game.
The franchise owner didn't need to be warmed up.
He didn't need social proof or case studies or a 45-minute VSL.
He needed to know the opportunity existed and that someone was serious enough to pay for his attention.
So ask yourself:
Are you trying to convince people who aren't ready?
Or are you trying to find the ones who are?
Because one of those strategies scales.
The other one just makes you feel busy.
The thread you pull: Stop creating demand. Start capturing it.
Everything else...your offer, your funnel, your follow-up, falls into place once you understand that fundamental truth.
The question isn't "Do paid ads work for high-ticket?"
The question is: "Are you brave enough to say what you actually mean, to the people who are actually ready, without hiding behind 'brand building'?"
I've been using AI to make UGC ads for the past 6 months.
Scaled the business to $180K months because I could finally test enough creative.
The thing that changed everything wasn't some new strategy or targeting hack. It was just being able to produce volume.
I can test 40-50 different hooks every month now. Different angles, different avatars, different messaging. More tests = more winners = way easier to scale.
Before AI made this possible, there was just no way to produce that kind of volume without a massive team or budget.
Now it's just... doable.
The ads perform. The cost per acquisition is solid. And I'm not bottlenecked by how fast I can create anymore.
Would anyone want this done for their business?
