My tax code was adjusted last year to pay back £208 I owed. However my deductions due to this tax code change resulted in me paying £1048. Please advise on how I go about the next steps?

@HMRCcustomers hello why has my income tax code changed from 1257L to 1152L? I have changed jobs. Been there over 5 weeks. I’m not earning much more than previous employment.
