@NianticHelp What I found is that after you click that button and it opens your game for you the next Pokémon you catch whether it be wild or raider for is going to make your game freeze. Not sure how another application could cause your game to freeze but this is what was causing the issue

@NianticHelp hey any idea why every time I catch a Pokémon, wild or raid battles, my game freezes when I click the checkmark? There is no other way off the screen besides clicking the check mark but once I click it all options like powering up Pokémon turn dark and freezes. Tips?

@NianticHelp On the app theres a big blue button pic here it says (launch Pokémon go) for months I’ve used this app how it works when you click this it copy’s the hosts trainer code and automatically opens your app for you if you already have it open it just takes you back to that screen

@NianticHelp You can also see it let me scroll for a bit after this- in this time I tried clicking other options just to see if it would let me do anything which it didn’t then it completely froze. I’ve also tried just waiting to see if it would ever unfreeze but never did after 5 minutes

@NianticHelp Thanks for responding! this happens every time. This only happens with some wild spawns like last screenshot but IT HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE RAID. This video should help once I click the check mark every option can no longer be clicked and the only way out is to restart my game.
