I may be wrong to what I said, may be you need to increase the data type size of Name variable from varchar(16) to varchar(32).

Names are quite long these days, and for national security this should be taken into account.

Please cascade this to your IT team to increase the string size of 'Name' text box where passenger enters their name while booking ticket.

This is not the way of treating a incoming customer, and there is no such rule by @RBI that you can't lend someone money if you don't have account in the bank. Ofcourse we would open the account first and then proceed with loan process.

@centralbank_in I wanted to take advantage of Education loan service from your bank branch Morar, Gwalior, M.P. and the bank manager said that you since you don't have account in our bank so go and take loan from the bank where you have account as if we demanded 0% ROI. 🤷🏻‍♂️
