I think everyone could use a lighthearted/happy story right now so here goes:
At the beginning of the pandemic I went through some painful personal stuff and would often go out at night for long walks because no one was around and I couldn’t sleep anyway. One night I was walking
I had covid and read through this thread. I saw the brain fog alot and I can verify that the brain fog is absolutely insane. I occasionally get chest pain which wasn’t even something I felt while I had it. It appeared after I was cleared. Also the dizziness is gnarly. #maskup
@idahohurricane I used to be a kindergarten aide for kids with autism. I found something that really helps with behaviors is routinely praising good attitudes and actions! Lots of praise for sharing a toy or something as simple as walking feet. Let them know being kind and soft makes you happy
