A lesson in loyalty and honour. They know the late King will never come back. They had a bond beyond royalty. At the risk of losing it all, including their relationship with father, they have chosen not to betray their fallen King and friend. Incredible!
The events after King Oyo’s passing teach us all vital lessons about power, impact, legacy, faith, family, human relationships, even basic decency. How could one man teach so much without having used so many words? May the gentle King rest in peace!
As former Tooro King Oyo Nyimba is buried today at the tender age of 34, we have to acknowledge the most unusual and surprising fact of his reign that only came into sight with his death; he occupied a place in Ugandan’s hearts that is several times bigger than the quiet relatively small kingdom he led. And he did it without getting in Ugandan’s faces, without noise, or drama. In fact, if truth be told, he did it while not trying to. The irony is that more powerful men and women, who’ve tried one million times harder, for more years, sent thousands to their graves and to gaol, and expended great treasure, will get nowhere near that, and could even end in ignominy instead. He probably didn’t even know it. And so, if one asked the famous Amama Mbabazi-derived question, “how did he did it?”, the only honest answer has to be that it is one of the great mysteries of these our lands. RIP
The whole country is mourning the departure of King Oyo, you haven’t seen anyone saying a bad thing about him. Everyone is hurt even those that didn’t know him that deep, he left a beautiful legacy, he left peace in his Kingdom, he never involved in any chaos, he left a well organized administration. King Oyo was born a leader and left as a leader. This should be a lesson to all leaders, what kind of legacy are you leaving behind?
So let’s get this straight.
1. A woman alleges(without evidence) that she was abused. - She is believed, no questions asked.
2. A man presents video evidence that he was assualted - He is not believed, everyone finds an excuse for his abuser (Mbu you can see despair in her eyes😳) and finds a way to blame her Behaviour on him. Isn’t this similar to those who blame victims of rape for dressing skimpy?
If the roles were reversed, If the man was the one caught on video with a knife threatening to kill someone, would he not be in jail today morning?🤔
How is this fair? I see some double standards from @PoliceUg on this.
Men are humans too.

When I started photography a lot of people told me my pictures were too dark because it was different from what they were used to. I turned that into consistency. 🏆❤️
