I literally have never known a company that gives less of a shit about its staff. I've worked there for two years and all its proved to me is that large companies will kill their staff before treating them like human beings #Cineworld #NoTimeToDie

@kerryburkes Tbh I think the problems have now carried down from mooky as he's not the only problem (although he is a massive part). There's such an odd atmosphere in the company now and I'm not sure it'd be solved that easily. I do know however there is no chance I'll go back now

@jasonbhoy7 Fair enough if it was just a circumstance related to covid i'd understand but for the past year there has been so many business decisions that have been totally unnecessary. The company just don't care about staff and have focused on expansion that has driven themselves into debt

@kerryburkes I've only ever known a Cineworld with mooky in it but I've honestly never felt so insignificant in a company before. Every decision that has been made by him in the last year has been a bad one - I just don't understand how they've made running a cinema seem so difficult
