Black SAn politicians have learnt to use the same colonial courts to oppress, censor & bully the citizens they are meant to represent.

They love the courts when they serve them. They accuse them of being colonial & captured when they are losing.

The problem here is comprehension. Being called a "small boy" does not state a criminal act and is unlikely to be legally defamatory.

Saying someone is "taking drugs money" or "selling drugs" is a serious allegation that can land one in hot water.
