@royalrush24 Significantly less. It’s what I’m currently making at the hotel. But I’m already used to making that $$ so I don’t think it would be a big change. I think I decided to not take the director role. I can’t let money decide my future if I’ll be miserable.

So I got a new job making the same amount I do currently and I’m super excited about it. My GM found out I was quitting and offered me a different position (Director level - making 80K+) but I think I’m going to turn it down and I wonder if I’m making a huge mistake.

@royalrush24 The other job is an event coordinator position with a super fun event planning company in Ferndale. I’d be assisting in planning events all over the metro Detroit area, and occasionally running the events. Which is kind of more of my interest rather than standing behind a desk.😬
