Finally submitted a complaint to @jagograhakjago against @CRED_club for stealing my money. These frauds deducted 400+ Rs extra from my card in the name of service fee.

@SpaceTechUs @CRED_club I just trusted them and never paid any attention to this. Only after the payment was done, I noticed that the bill was 16121 and money debited was 16524. I immediately asked them to cancel the transaction but those thieves just denied it.

Those of you who use @CRED_club to pay bills, please be very careful, as they are a big big #fraud. For an electricity bill of 16121, they debited 16524 from my card. Didnt even notice when this fee was added.

Pay directly to the biller without any service fee. #CREDFRAUD

You can not trust @CRED_club app to make payment. Rs 400+ as service fee is criminal for electricity bill payment. Delete the app immediately.. they offer no value but end up stealing your money because your card is listed with them.

@CRED_support Give a public explanation of how can you charge a service fee of Rs 403 to pay an electricity bill. What extra service is your platform offering for the payment.

I could have directly paid to the biller without any charges, in the same amount of time.

- In 2013, the global crude oil price was 108+ $/barrel (highest in the last 20 years) but the MMS govt still made petrol available at 70 Rs. Currently the crude oil price is lesser than that of 2013 but we must pay 110 Rs/ltr. Modinomics apparently.

- Pre- gulf war, India was sourcing oil from Russia at a very cheap price (15-20 $ discount/barrel). However, the benefit of this was never passed on to the consumers. We were still paying 100 plus. In fact that war between Russia and Ukraine benefitted India in terms of oil sourcing. So the point isn't that price was not hiked since 2022, the point is that the price wasn't reduced despite the govt sourcing cheaper oil.

-Oil companies actually made record-breaking profits in 23-24
IOCL: 40K Cr (Profit)
BPCL: 27K Cr (Profit)
HPCL: 15K Cr (Profit)

This profit came from shamelessly getting consumers to overpay for fuel.

A narrative set on falsehood will always crumble. BJP should go and apologize to people for looting them and find solutions to India's energy problems.
