While empty seats remain on the @LNER service, our @TLRailUK service is 10 minutes delayed and we, at Stevenage, are banned from getting on the LNER train despite it stopping! This is an outrage. @kevinbonavia @nationalrailenq if we can’t use LNER why should they pollute our town

@GtNrthernRail did not stop at St Pancras, as scheduled leaving a 90-year-old woman without pre-booked assistance and panicking because she had a Eurostar booked to Paris. 2 Staff members at the next stop Farringdon were rude and unhelpful, said its not their issue
