@UberEats I received no response to my DM and @UberUKsupport have just sent me a copy of the message I received in the app. Uber has stolen approx £35 of my money and nobody seems to want to resolve this
BEWARE @ubereats_uk customers - if too many vendors make mistakes with your orders the company decides it is now YOUR FAULT and refuse to refund missing items. I am a regular and loyal Uber Eats customer and am appalled at this abysmal customer service experience.
@UberUKsupport please help me the Uber eats app is refusing me a refund for over £30 because too many vendors have messed up my orders. I have just paid £49 for a few cans of fizzy drinks because the rest of my order was missing and I am absolutely livid
Been trying to speak to @virginmedia via their online chat for two days. They make you wait 2+ hours and then give you 5-10 mins to notice their response before cutting you off, by which time you have obviously given up and gone to live your life. Great business model 👌🏻
