On the American side the bk is so bad that its pot holes in the drive thru can do some serious damage if not careful. the Canadian side in my city 1 closed because they didn't wanna pay the Reno's So Starbucks gutted it to frame and redone it

@McFranchisee @ptynole @mcdonald I know this Canada but ordered 4 qpcs and get to the window keep in mind it's 4:30-5:00 pm pay and told please pull up and go wait in the app parking space. Every single time lol so frustrating. State side it's here's your food I've only been asked to pull up like once

@nicklmg whats the turn around on customer service these days? i know theres a delay with regards to shipping and all that. just asking as someone who hasnt heard back in 10 days since the bot responded to me advising it would be forwarded to the team

@nicklmg hey Nick. I've been in contact with your customer service team and it seems they aren't getting my emails I responded right away and Mitchell came back 24 hours later saying there was no response so he was giving it 48 hours I responded again but haven't heard anything
