Grepping over files doesn't scale for complex @obsdmd vault with 2000k notes. So I plugged QMD (by @tobi) into my vault. Normal grepping search with Haiku sub-agents: 3 minutes, still going.

qmd: instant, sub s performance. And semantic search found my own PhD crisis insight I completely forgot about.
