I got dinner with a renowned NBA trainer. He's worked with every top player you've ever heard of. He told me something I'll never forget:

"The best part about Krause House is you all have no fucking clue what you're doing"

He explained that if we truly understood the league's rigid and uncompromising nature, we might have never started. Yet, he commended our progress and novel approach that brought us face-to-face with some of the most respected owners in the league.

This conversation completely shifted my perspective on creation. Build things because you envision a different way, not merely based on the existing framework.
