Bail conditions couldn’t be applied and the agent doesn’t have to say where Glinner is. Yes, they know where the court is but arresting at court carries issues too.

As the other person has said, the police are always armed at the airport, it wasn’t anything special for Glinner, but that doesn’t change how it looks or would have felt for him.

So he’s arrested at the first opportunity when his location is known (I am not saying he should have been arrested, just why he was arrested there)
