@anonymesoul117 @Artemis934 @UH1d0 @PokemanZ0N6 Yep, the standard is 2–4. With heavy dialogue, it's closer to 2, and with heavy action, it's closer to 4. WIT's remake will prove it. Marineford was 33 episodes for 31 chapters. The pacing's been bad for so long. With all the action in that arc, it can be done in 10 episodes.

@UH1d0 @PokemanZ0N6 One Piece fans would have a point if HxH didn't exist. Chimera Ant with the narrator is as dense as One Piece & they still adapted 2.1-3 chapters depending on the ep. with the entire arc averaging 2.1 per. So One piece can easily do 114&115 in one ep. without cutting anything.

@MDAHIR21 There’s no room to “fix” the pacing, the anime’s already too close. They just adapted ch.1113 and the manga’s only at 1163. That’s a 50-chapter gap.
At ~2 ch/ep, 26 eps = 52 chapters adapted. Oda only drops ~30 chapters a year. They’d need years off to widen the gap.

If we had that pace, there'd be 373 episodes for the current 1,119 chapters. Wit's pacing will probably be at that level.

They're also working on a new series but we don't know what it's about some people think next avatar but thats just speculation
