@etihad @EtihadHelp Hello, Etihad Airways this is very disappointing. 45 days for a refund. We were promised that the process time to be refunded is 7 to 14 days and after 1 week we are knowing that we have to wait up-to 45 days. We are already in a stress kinda situation.
