Dear @etihad , u av cancelled my flight and re-issued numerously, made me miss important events and when I ask for refunds, your travel agent says it is impossible because the flight has been re-issued numerously, which is not my fault.

Also, she refuses to rebook me for free

@ClaimRepre37178 Hi. I was left stranded in Manila in 2020 after @etihad cancelled all flights and closed their office in the airport - the day after I had purchased my flight tickets.
Nothing to resolve now other than my conviction to not trust or fly with @etihad again.

even during the crisis low cost airlines have accomodated better. Very disappointing service. We don’t know if we will ever choose this airline again to travel or will recommend it to someone. @etihad @EtihadHelp
