A yahoo boy in my village bought a large truck used for transporting sand for ₦15 million.

He hired a driver and paid him ₦75,000 per month.

The man had been driving the truck for over a year.

Two months ago, the yahoo boy refused to pay him, claiming that he had not gone on any trips.

The driver explained that it was not his fault because there was no work due to the heavy rains.

Still, the boy refused to pay him.

Late last month, the driver went on a trip to another state. While there, he called the boy and told him that the truck had broken down on the road.

He said the mechanic estimated the repair would cost ₦200,000.

The boy immediately sent him the money.

When the driver returned from the trip, he parked the truck and disappeared with the ₦200,000
