The work was here before this election, and it is still here now.
We have to meet people where they are, lift up the voices of people who are ignored, and build coalitions amongst regular people based on our common bonds. This is relationship building. This is making democracy real.
People want to know they matter and that things can really change.
Fascism is antithetical to the human condition. It always burns itself out.
What matters is that we protect as many people as possible until it does.
And that we step up to fill the vacuum in true leadership and bold policy that Democratic leaders refuse to fill themselves.
