Men are often told to be strong.
Strong for their families. Strong for their partners. Strong for their children. Strong for their friends.
But very few people ask what carrying all that strength is doing to them.
This Men's Mental Health Month, remember:
A man can be strong and still be struggling. A man can be successful and still be overwhelmed.
A man can be smiling and still need help.
Check on the men in your life.
Not because they're weak.
Because they're human.
Mens mental health month gets so overlooked, it's insane
In society, we're told we always have to be strong, we're told we are toxic, no good. We are told tjat we can't cry or if we show emotion, we are weak. If we are vulnerable, people take advantage of that.
Shoutout to those who advocate for men's mental health month! :)
June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month 💙
A reminder that behind every smile, every strong face, and every “I’m fine” may be a battle no one sees. Check on the men in your life. Encourage conversations. Listen without judgment.
Your mental health matters. Your feelings matter. And asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

june is men’s mental health month. they’re told to “man up” and hide their emotions no matter what they go through. many suffer silently and slowly break inside without telling anyone. check on your dad, brother, husband and sons. men need support too.
MEN’S MENTAL HEALTH MONTH 💙
It’s ok to have to cry
It’s ok to have feelings
It’s ok to not be strong
It’s ok to talk to someone about how you’re feeling, you don’t have to hold it in
IT’S OK TO NOT BE OK!
Men cry
Men have body insecurities.
Men have trauma.
Men get abused.
Men self-harm.
Men need love and care.
Men need money.
It's Mens Mental Health Awareness Month. Show every man love, be gentle with them. They are human, too.♥️
It is men's mental health awareness month, please reach out if you are struggling. I'll never forget the night I was standing on top of a cliff ready to jump. I had one thought about my sister's birthday being the next day and that's the only reason I didn't. You matter.
since it’s mens mental health month I wanna say im proud of what you’ve accomplished, keep going and don’t forget you matter.
You are loved, cherished, and important. It’s okay to show emotions and it’s okay to cry.
525,000 a year
10,000 a week
1,400 a day.
These are the number of men that die by suicide.
Happy Men's Mental Health Month.
To every man reading this: you are not a burden, and you do not have to carry the weight of the world alone. Speaking up is real strength.
The amount of people on social media making fun of June being Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month is disturbing. I see videos from women mocking men even making jokes about the male suicide rate with one woman saying on a video, “I wish it was higher”. DISGUSTING.
