Some people get threatened when others shine their light on the rest of the world. They think if you shine bright, it somehow dims theirs & gives them less opportunity to find their own success. Remember, the Almighty has given us all a chance to be successful. Everyone of us.

What goes around comes around. Whatever you give, comes back to you. What you sow, you reap. Give kindness, compassion, joy, encouragement, motivation and it will find its way back to you somehow, someday. Do you get the drift? So why would anyone want to spread negativity?

When you don’t understand the Almighty’s Plan, you’re more likely to lose hope & feel despondent. You think you’re doing everything wrong & you’re unsure about what lies ahead. But don’t give up. Keep asking Him. He’s All-Knowing. He will steer you in the right direction!

As much as you want to change a person, be it your loved one, a friend or anyone for that matter, you can’t. Guidance comes from the Almighty. You can advise, show them the way, speak to them repeatedly. Beyond that, keep praying for them and leave the rest to the Almighty.

Take time out to disconnect from your surroundings occasionally. Enjoy your own company because it’s easy to get overwhelmed by life & all that it offers. Keep your heart connected to the One who made you & you’ll achieve that inner peace & contentment that we all badly need!

Almighty. On this blessed day, we ask You for contentment with whatever You have decreed for us. Let us go through it, bearing full patience, knowing You’re in control. Guide us to the best of manners, repel all that’s bad from us; forgive all our sins and purify our hearts!

The most important thing you can do when you’ve done something wrong is to have the courage to own up and admit your fault. Aplogise to the people you’ve wronged. Don’t look for excuses or scapegoats. A sincere apology shows you’re taking responsibility for your own action.

Sins are almost always associated with an accompanying sense of guilt. While we can always turn a blind eye to those guilty feelings, we know that such guilt will slowly chip away at our happiness. Repentance will remove that guilt and fill our hearts with calmness & tranquility!

Almighty. On this blessed day, protect us from the greed of our own soul. You know the struggle against worldly pleasures, hypocrisy & insincerity, hatred & envy, arrogance & pride etc. Help us to purify our hearts against such evil traits which Satan has beautified!

Make a commitment that you’ll henceforth spend a lot of time working on your shortcomings & your link with the Almighty, leaving no time to judge & criticize others. You’ll channel your energy towards becoming a better version of yourself & strive towards positivity & goodness!

If you feel like you’re always giving & never on the receiving end, be grateful. It’s like that with some people who won’t hesitate to take & take; but will think many times over before giving. Remember, at the end of the day, your reward’s with the Almighty. Nothing escapes Him!

One of the biggest challenges we face today is that of pride & arrogance. When we help someone, we feel good. But be wary of waiting for others to lavish praise on you. Don’t become big-headed. By all means get a pat on your back but the ultimate goal is to please the Almighty!

Cleanse your heart. Let go of grudges. What’s the point of holding them? Forgive and move on. When you forgive, the Almighty will increase your honour. Remember, nothing escapes Him. So break free from the clutches of grudges. You’ll feel the burden on your shoulders lighten!
