No Man is immune from the wrath of Gender Biased Laws of the Country. Sub Inspector Pankaj Kumar Yadav of @mathurapolice ended his life by shooting himself with his service revolver because of his matrimonial disputes. His lifeless body was found near the Gokul Barrage on Yamuna River in Mathura.
His wife Dipti is a constable posted at Mathura Sadar Police Station. Pankaj was staying with his Parents, wife and 3 years old daughter. It is alleged that arguments started between his wife and mother in the morning and his mother left the home after that. Pankaj was facing continuous fights and threats from his wife on a regular basis. Being in Police he was aware that Law will take side of his wife only even if she is the culprit.
A Police officer chooses to end his life instead of trusting the Legal system of the country for Justice. What else can be more Shameful for our Judiciary and Government than this?

National Commission for Men is just a lollipop by BJP.
We want a bill in Parliament to make domestic violence act gender neutral so that male victims can also seek protection.
It is a simple demand. Men get protection from domestic violence all over the world. Why India is denying it?
“आप लोग तो नई नवेली दुल्हन हो, यह सब तो झेलना ही पड़ेगा।”
Faculty members reportedly said this when Dr. Harsh Pandya sought help over harassment. He later died by suicide in his hostel room in Surat.
For men, complaining is weakness. Crying is unmanly. Expressing pain is discouraged.
The National Commission for Men will provide support framework, ensuring students and faculty have access to counselling, guidance, protection and timely intervention..
Men shouldn’t be told to suffer in silence.

“Amma, I am sorry. Inform friends,” read the note left by a 24-year-old man in Bengaluru who died by suicide.
Could timely support have changed the outcome?
The National Commission for Men is a need of the hour. If implemented, it will not only deliver justice, but also counselling, guidance, protection and timely intervention for men in distress.

In just the last 3 days I was gone,
A woman deleted her children.
Many women deleted their husbands.
A woman got 1 crore in alimony after 2 months of marriage.
A woman deleted her husband for just 400 rupees.
An actress left her husband and ran away with their driver.
And countless other things. I'll cover all crimes from now on.
In Mathura, a man is allegedly sedated and killed by his wife, his head reportedly smashed with a stone, with even his daughter accused of helping in the killing.
When violence can take such a brutal turn within a family, how can we continue to treat violence against men as an exception?
Every unheard victim is a gap in our justice system.
A National Commission for Men can help bridge this gap by ensuring that men who suffer violence are heard, supported, and given justice.

How many more innocent men and their parents must suffer before India acknowledges the misuse of matrimonial laws?
False accusations don’t just destroy one life — they tear apart entire families, careers, mental health, and childhoods.
Justice must protect the innocent, irrespective of gender.
Due process + accountability for proven false complaints are essential.
Men’s rights are human rights.

A 30-year-old man fighting bone cancer allegedly suffers sexual assault while in police custody in Haryana. His case is a tragic reminder that when the law is built on the assumption that men cannot be victims of sexual violence, many are left without meaningful legal recognition or support. Justice must never depend on gender.
It’s time to strengthen gender-neutral laws and establish a National Commission for Men so that every victim receives equal protection under the law.

NARI VANDAN...! 🙏
The condition of men in this country can be understood simply by looking at @narendramodi . Despite being the Prime Minister of our country, he is still unable to take any action against a few abusive women and girls. And this is a system that he himself created.
The video in which he appeared to generously forgive those abusive girls was not an act of kindness. It was a compulsion. That is why this country desperately needs a Men's Commission.
@narendramodi, by now you must have realized that even after being showered with abuse, you still could not take any action against those abusive girls.

Who says the Supreme Court does not make law?
Section 498A was drafted specifically for wives, but the Supreme Court has now ruled that a woman in a live-in relationship can also file a case under Section 498A. Section 498A is such a ridiculous law that, for the past 42 years, the courts have continued to give it bizarre and illogical interpretations.
This is an utterly terrible, absurd, and nonsensical ruling, and women are likely to misuse it extensively.
Supreme Court says a wife may be denied interim maintenance if adultery is clearly proven.
Adulterous hippos, your time is over.
You can't have sex with your lover and expect your husband to pay your bills.
Another shocking case from Gujarat.
A man was allegedly murdered by his wife, buried beneath a factory floor, and his family was led to believe for nearly two years that he had moved to Australia for work. It is a chilling reminder that men, too, can become victims of extreme violence and deception.
Cases like these only reinforce what we have consistently been saying: India needs a National Commission for Men to ensure that crimes against men receive the attention, support, and institutional response they deserve.
Justice cannot be selective. It must be equal.

We are living in times when mothers are killing their own children being an obstacle to their free flowing conversation with lover, comfortably hiding the same by showing it to be natural death & literally getting away with it
BUT BUT
Our courts still believe WOMEN DON'T LIE
KIND ATTENTION @CPBlr@DCPSouthBCP@BlrCityPolice@DgpKarnataka
This man living in this society for last 25 years claims to have been falsely accused in a Molestation case by a woman who is chairperson of the association because he pointed out irregularities in resident association matters
I have read the FIR. This man has never met the concerned woman in private. Her claims of trying to touch and other molestation claims have happened allegedly in presence of other association members making it highly improbable and who can all be questioned if anything like this ever happened
His entire family is in extreme distress because of these allegations and all he is pleading is a fair investigation
He has all the proofs to prove that this is a false complaint but still neither the police is closing the case nor giving him a relief from this ordeal.
REQUESTING YOU TO KINDLY HEAR HIS GRIEVANCE AND DISPOSE THE CASE AFTER FAIR INVESTIGATION
The matter pertains to BELLANDUR POLICE STATION
Please help @TOIBengaluru@BangaloreMirror
@narendramodi Dear @narendramodi I am a student from the SC category I want to raise my voice for General Category students.
As students are protesting at Jantar Mantar against the unfair exam system, I want to add one more demand on behalf of General Category students: Ban Reservation.
If nothing is more important than welfare of the youth then you wouldn't have spoken so late Modi ji. That too just because the nation is now boiling. You would have taken action when this happened. You would have moved things when the kids died. Fast track courts were set up during Nirbhaya too. But our girls continue to be raped & murdered. There's no justice. Please move a bit away from winning states and open your eyes to the how people of this country are losing lives. Dharmendra Pradhan needs to be accountable to you also and the country also. Do the right thing at least now please above Politics.
