@Lenovo_in Purchased a @Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3X on 29 Sept. By 1 Oct, the display started glitching. I registered a complaint the same day.

Today, I’m informed that the case is CLOSED.

No one contacted me. No technician visited. No replacement. No resolution. Nothing.

That asked me to pay my EMIs with a bonus charge for each of the EMIs. Okay, did that as I couldn't connect with your customer care. Now, this morning, my account got debited with a total amount of ₹1719 as shortfall charges, despite having sufficient balance (2/3)
