Question for financial crime experts : founders of a Vancouver issuer have several companies of the exact same name incorporated in BVI, Belize, and British Columbia which they use to hide shares I believe. I get that fraud part; they’re evading SEC 5% disclosure but when the transfer order hits the transfer agent to distribute securities, isn’t there a requirement on transfer agent in US or Canada to ask questions? Report the opinion and transfer order?

The same applies to mostly foreign but some US based listed issuers on the NasDaq. Your people in Vancouver no longer have a lock on this.

Yes, it helps if new cat is good around other cats. Some shelters try 2 socialize their no longer cute kitten rescues as it makes them more adoptable. A 6 month to 6 yr old spayed female this time?

Have not always been successful w/ all kitties accepting even a kitten, however.
