🚨BREAKING: Mayor Zohran Mamdani says NYC will move more than 10,000 low-income children off the child care voucher waitlist, providing free care for kids from 6 weeks to 13 years old, and through 19 for children with special needs.

The expansion is backed by Gov. Kathy Hochul’s $1.2 billion child care investment and comes after the city eliminated out-of-pocket voucher fees and launched universal 2-K.

Learned that a shader in a CanvasLayer can read a later screen capture instead of the intended BackBufferCopy capture.

I removed both nodes and drew the ColorRect before the player to exclude it. Y-sorted trees got matching shaders individually.
