5 years into my time at a fintech start-up and I now casually use expressions like "I'm bullish on
[thing]" in my everyday speech - does that make me a "finance bro"?!?!
Thanks to @stevenray & @raydawg88 for having me on @UXweekly. I get candid about my mental health struggles, getting help, how I live with them as a leader and person, and how I’ve approached leading my team during the pandemic. #ux#mentalheath https://t.co/DAzBMoS05x

Maaaaaybeeeeee you wouldn’t have a hard time finding good designers to hire if you just hired early career designers and gave them a chance to be a good designer. 🤷♀️
More and more I feel like the ability to deal with and thrive in an environment full of ambiguity is an invaluable professional skill...if only it was something that schools could teach you.
