Really looking forward to hearing about the proposed investment. I hope that this is the start of something special for the club. We all absolutely deserve a break from the problems of modern football🙏🙏🙏 # COYD

Standing room only for a brilliant evening as @ivor27 reminisced about his 50 years supporting Wimbledon, excellently compared by @14thefrog when he could get a word in 😂 and a guest appearance from John Main
Can’t wait for the 3rd installation at @Wimbookfest

@ivor27 @AFCWimbledon @14thefrog Looking forward to seeing you and @14thefrog later.

[Ivor Heller @ivor27]

@henrywinter You have nailed it! I can honestly tell you that as a 14 year old we knew that Rudi had what it takes. It was a pleasure to get to know him and his family. We all want to see him go all the way which I think he already has. Could there be an England cap? I’d cry 😢

[Ivor Heller @ivor27]

@daveanderson78 Totally agree with that DA. What a course. Did you par Calamity?

[Haydon the Womble @HaydontheWomble]

[Mike Dunn @mdunn1982]

There we are promoting a book when suddenly @AFCWimbledon legend, Mikey T, dies. There’s a chapter in We Shall Not Be Moved devoted entirely to a goal scored against a Buckinghamshire team he despised. None of the words are as rich as Mikey’s commentary. It’s what he did best.

[Mike Dunn @mdunn1982]

The reviews are pouring in for the hottest book in football (well, one actually, but it’s pretty good). Signed and personalized copies only available at https://t.co/rxvF6dU99w @BirlinnBooks @AFCWimbledon @ivor27 #football #fans @amazon

@leewillett88 @AFCWimbledon @14thefrog Thank you Lee. Should be a good laugh. At least I can talk about you now!!

[Ivor Heller @ivor27]

@GaryBuss8 @AFCWimbledon @14thefrog Lovely. I’ll tell @14thefrog to stick up on beer ! And pies. 🥧

[Chris Thorpe @ChrisThorpe_]

I speak for everyone who knew Mikey T when I say that we’re all devastated by the news. An incredible character and infectious personality, as many have said he was the voice of Wimbledon in every sense. Things will never be the same, rest easy my friend, we won’t forget you 💔

[Ivor Heller @ivor27]

.@AFCWimbledon I will be on BBC Radio London at about 9.20am. I will be talking about Mickey T and my book. This will be one of the first of many tributes to the great man and friend for many years.

[Ivor Heller @ivor27]
