Worst customer service once again by @VodafoneUK you call to upgrade and spend over 3hrs with 4 staff members who consistently made things worse.
Why do I even stay with them!! Over 10yrs and currently have 3 services but not for long!!
@Hermesparcels I’ve just had a message you attempted to deliver my parcel yet I’ve been in all day and no one has rung on so I believe this information is not true. There is no way to contact you other than here so I am at a loss!!

@NewEraEurope Yes and nothing seems to be getting sorted. Hermes won’t speak to us even though we’re the recipient and are having to speak to you about it. It’s a total mess....
@NewEraEurope still waiting on a cap to be delivered, ordered 3 weeks ago. Courier said can’t deliver yet ALL others seem able and now can’t get hold of courier and your team are just saying don’t know what can be done utter JOKE
@Hermesparcels your contact us chat not is useless you say you “need more information” and my options are either check back tomorrow or email well we emailed and they must be a bot too as useless..... ebery other couriers seem capable of delivering but not you!!!!!!
@AskPS_UK I have recently had a month old controller replaced a few weeks ago and the new one has the same analog fault I’d like to speak to someone about this as if I send it back I have no controller.
