@AmazonUK For a company the size of Amazon, this level of delivery service is unacceptable. Customers pay for Prime expecting reliability — not to spend their time chasing missing parcels and dealing with careless deliveries. Seriously disappointing.

@ubereats_uk the worst customer service and company to work with. I’ve order a cake for my partners birthday suprise I paid priority service and I’m getting the cake an hour later … thank god for @Deliveroo they manage to get my cake on time .

@British_Airways one of the worst airlines. Cancelling a flight less than three hours before departure shows a complete lack of respect for customers and their time. The disruption, stress, and inconvenience caused are unacceptable. Passengers deserve better

@British_Airways I’m complaining because my elderly mam was left to walk all the way to the airport exit without assistance. No CUSTOMER RELATIONS TEAM CAN HELP ME NOW AFTER SHE ALREADY HAD TO WALK ALL THAT WAY. This caused her unnecessary distress and discomfort thanks to BA

@British_Airways Hey Natalie . Yes we did . Is always a problem coming to Lhr with special assistance. My mother had to wait more than 20 mnts and then she had to make her way out of the plane .
