Anyone traveling from IAH:

Terminal E has a United Airlines baggage drop, which is open 24/7.

Terminal C also has a United Airlines baggage drop. It also has an open TSA line for Premier Gold and better. However, they both open at 4:00am.

I wish I had this information before arriving, so I hope it helps someone.
