Individual owners couldn’t even go use the bathroom or get food cause they didn’t have anyone to watch the dog for them to enter the Piazza Club and nothing in Coke Cola was open. First bark in the park and it kind of sucked. Can’t do anything about weather but still.

.@Chase Over an hour trying to speak with a representative due to an issue with Zelle and I’m just being hanged up on because the call volume is excessive. This is how you deal with people and their money?

The fact that it’s included right away in you account balance rather than available balance doesn’t seem to be helpful. Lately a lot of changes seem more the makings of a big bank that begins to limit customer perks and just add more hurdles to protect themselves more.

.@teachersfcu It was more convenient making mobile deposits before the recent changes. You made it during the day and then it was verified and the funds were available by end of day or a few hours later. Now you deposit a check and it’s automatically placed on hold.

If it’s more than a certain amount, then the amount is split to between next BUSINESS day hold and two BUSINESS day hold. I don’t know how this is supposed to be more efficient or beneficial to the customer. It feels like it serves the banks interest more than the clients.
