@Teladoc I keep getting messages to Complete Billing, but every time I click the Complete Billing button, I get an 'internal server error'. I have updated the app to its latest version and it still won't work. Any advice? I have an appt in 4 days that I need to keep. Thank you!

@duolingo PLEASE LISTEN TO US…the new format is NOT working. Week after week I do the lessons and then fail miserably at the section test. I never had a single problem passing before. There is simply not enough repetition of the current lessons with this new format. Such a shame

@duolingo I tried the new format w/ an open mind but I can’t ignore the results. There is just simply not enough repetition/review now, such that I am constantly failing checkpoints. W/ the previous method, I never failed a single review. This is a huge, glaring problem for me

@duolingo with the old format, there were, what, about 5 rounds of review differing in difficulty, which helped you build up the skill. Now, I’m lucky if I see a word/phrase ONCE before being tested on it. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

@dawg_coco @duolingo I agree! People have so many different learning styles and we shouldn’t all be shoe-horned into one linear path 🤦‍♀️ If they want to make it the default and it works for some people, great! but at least give us the option to choose the more flexible, old format

@duolingo I am so confused by this update 😞. I feel betrayed as it was thrust upon me w/ no warning. I’m 718 days in & a Super member. I had a daily regimen/plan for how I was progressing, & now my future path is unrecognizable. I’m running out of characters so please contact me

@ByrneLuc @duolingo I've never seen a more catastrophic change to an app. Many lessons I never did have now been marked as completed, and without the practice function, there's no way I can now learn that material. @duolingo did you really think this through?

Anyone else hate the @Duolingo update? Maybe if just you’re starting out the path is fine, but can you give those of us who have been here for YEARS an option to go back to the old tree? It’s teaching me conjugations I already learned 😣
