@Adespoto3 @PoliticsPollss I find your tone unpleasant. It was said by the person I spoke to.(I assume a police person as that's who I called) m. I believe they were simply being honest about the chances of finding out who the cyclist was as there was no way to identify them. No cctv in area.

@Adespoto3 @PoliticsPollss There wasn't one as I was not seriously injured, did not require an ambulance. I was helped home by friends. Yes I reported it and was bluntly told that as I couldn't identify the cyclist, nothing could be done.

@RichardClinker @PoliticsPollss The difficulty is that, currently it's not a requirement so they can just ride off and the injured party can do nothing. Becoming more of a problem now, particularly with teens on electric (pedal assisted so they are legal) bikes with increased speed compared with pedal only.
