I booked pickup on 3rd Apr but still in Hyd, even after pick up on 6th Apr.
Why is the courier not shipped from Hyd?
I am unhappy and will not use DTDC courier further.

@DTDCIndia unhappy with service. I booked for pick up 03.04.2026. But still pickup not initiated from DTDC. It has important doc to be delivered asap. paid service is missing still. Called customer service and emailed DTDC yesterday but no response. Can you pls look in?

I couldn’t make the transactions in my YONO by sbi app. But via internet banking it works. I try to make complaints via customer care portal several times also. It is irritating for me everytime with Multiple attempts. @RBI
