Recharge & tarriff plans at Vi are absolutely greedy and profit driven where customer is last priority. ₹95 recharge gives you a sim validity of 35 days with no outgoing sms facility.Totally unacceptable and disgraceful.
Breach of customer trust.
A customer pays ₹95 as prepaid recharge at @VodafoneIdeaIN and still gets deprived from a sms facility with no outgoing sms's.This is completely unacceptable and breach of trust and poor customer service. Tarrif plans have be more customer centric .
