Dear @inecnigeria, do people have to go through this hardship to get their PVCs? This is Oshodi / Isolo LGA, and because it's APC stronghold, there is a perception already that the delay and the lackadaisical attitude of your staff there is politically-motivated and deliberate.

I think it's time for @inecnigeria to step in and take this Oshodi Isolo LGA matter seriously. Your staff are biased and deliberately prolong issuing cards to disenfranchise the people.

Less than 50 PVCs given out daily and we have millions of PVCs uncollected.

This is insane.

@SEzekwesili Dear @SEzekwesili this was Oshodi/Isolo LGA today. It was my second day & second attempt to get my PVC. Got there 7:30am left past 12noon when I was told NOT FOUND. I & many others have no idea what that means. I did a transfer. @inecnigeria has to do better.

@JumiaNGHelp Hi Ronke, is this the standard procedure on refunds from a wallet account in Nigeria or is this Jumia’s? I’m referring to asking for a clear picture of my card (ensuring that the middle digits are concealed)showing the first six & last four digits as well as the name on the card.
