For years, the @UN said Gaza was starving, and Israel was singularly to blame.

In 2023, it warned of mass starvation.
In 2024, famine was “imminent.”
By 2025, the UN-backed IPC said famine was happening.

Now, new UN data shows acute malnutrition across Gaza at 0.2% to 0.8%, comparable to or below pre-war levels, and lower than neighboring Arab countries like Egypt and Jordan.

Those famine claims were used to accuse Israel of deliberately starving civilians, despite questionable methodology, shifting thresholds, and data that did not support the claims.

Which raises the question: if there was never a famine in Gaza, why was the UN so invested in falsifying one?

Une cliente américano-israélienne vient pour un rendez-vous. La conversation est d’abord parfaitement cordiale.

En parlant du roman qu’elle vient d’écrire, mettant notamment en scène un personnage afghan musulman et un personnage juif mi-israélien, elle précise qu’elle-même est juive et à moitié israélienne.

Et là, changement d’ambiance.

Selon le récit de la cliente, la propriétaire du salon, Fatana Karimi, d’origine afghane, lui ordonne de quitter les lieux :

« Je ne peux pas servir une Israélienne. C’est contraire à mes convictions politiques. Israël n’existe pas, c’est la Palestine. »

Et elle aurait même refusé de lui rendre son acompte.

La propriétaire assume avoir interrompu le rendez-vous, mais affirme de son côté que la cliente aurait imposé un débat politique, nié le « génocide palestinien » et manqué de respect à sa culture.

Mais le plus révélateur est peut-être ailleurs.

La haine d’Israël et l’antisémitisme sont devenus tellement décomplexés qu’elle a elle-même filmé la scène… avant de la diffuser sur ses propres réseaux sociaux pour justifier son geste.
